Disclaimers:

Pattern Repeats: Our 10mm shower panels are each printed with an identical pattern and therefore you will not find a seamless pattern repeat across multiple panels. Please Note that our panels are produced in Batches. If you required the same Batch of Panels from a previous order, Please do contact us and we can check availability.

Hiring Trader person: To avoid unnecessary costs, please do not book your installation until your order has arrived and been fully inspected. We are not liable for any tradesperson fees or third-party charges resulting from delivery delays or unchecked items.

Delivery Timescales: We strive to meet every delivery estimate, but because we use external haulage partners, delays can occasionally happen. While we aren’t liable for delays beyond our control, we promise to keep you updated and do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Interpretation:

Consumer: An individual acting for purposes entirely or primarily outside of their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Contract: The legally binding agreement between you and us regarding the supply of Services.

Delivery Location: The Supplier’s premises or any other location specified in the Order where Services will be provided.

Goods: Any items supplied alongside the Services, as specified in the Order.

Privacy Policy: Our terms governing the handling of confidential and personal data received through the Website.

Services: The services and associated Goods advertised on our Website and detailed in the Order.

Customer Responsibilities:

Co-operation: You must cooperate with us regarding all aspects of the Services and provide our authorized personnel with any necessary access or information.

Default & Termination: Any failure to comply constitutes a Customer default. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend Services until the issue is resolved. If the default is not remedied upon request, we may terminate the Contract immediately.

Installation & Returns: We strongly advise inspecting all Goods for damage or faults upon delivery and before booking installers. The Wall Panel is not liable for any third-party installation costs. Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any panels or accessories that have been cut or partially used.

Delivery Acceptance:

Delivery Inspection: Upon receipt, you must inspect your goods. If the packaging shows any visible signs of damage, you must sign the delivery note specifically as “damaged.”

Acceptance of Goods: We cannot process claims for items that have been signed for as received in "good condition." Please note that delivery notes marked as “unchecked” are not valid, as our couriers do not recognize this status as a claim for damage.

Claim Period: You must report any damages or faults to us within 14 days of delivery. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
