You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original, unused condition.* Exceeding this time may result in your claim being denied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the products have been received back at our warehouse and checked over by quality control, you will be issued a refund based on the condition of the items returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We ask that all goods are checked over before signing receipt from the courier and please sign the delivery note as damaged if there is any sign of damage on the packaging.
No claims can be made, or replacement items requested if the product has been cut, used or installed, or if the product is not returned in its original packaging.
If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, firstly please email us photographic evidence of the damages and what the products were and how many were damaged or faulty along with your order number. No claims can be processed without all of the information and photographic evidence requested. No claims can be processed for goods that have been signed for as received in good condition, ‘Unchecked’ will not be accepted as the courier company will not accept this. All damages and faults must be reported within 14 days. Exceeding this time may result in your claim being denied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Installation Deemed Acceptance: Please do not install or cut any panels that you believe to be damaged or defective. Once a panel has been installed, it is deemed "accepted" by the customer, and we cannot offer a replacement or refund for damage reported after installation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Q: I am having problems with the website / my shopping basket. What should I do?
A: If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the website or your shopping cart, please try clearing your browser's cookies and refreshing the page.
Q: I’m outside of the returns policy, can I still return?
A: Our returns policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery to return your items. Regrettably, we are unable to accept any returns once this period has expired.
Q: My Item have arrived but are damaged. What do I do?
A: If you have received a damaged item, please provide photographic evidence so we can process a replacement or refund for you. You can email these photos, along with your name and order number, to info@wallpanel.co.uk.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: A typical refund will take up to 14 days.
All returns are quality checked. Items should be returned in a new and unused condition and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Certainly! If you decide to cancel your order, we can provide a full refund as long as the items have not yet been picked, packed, or dispatched.
