To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we do not use Standard National Couriers. Instead, we deliver all items using our own dedicated delivery vans and trained team.

Standard couriers often struggle with bulky & heavy items, leading to high damage rates. By using our own vans, we offer:
Reduced Risk: Your order stay on the same vehicle from our warehouse to your door—no sorting hubs or conveyor belts.
Hand-Offloaded: Our drivers are experienced in handling our specific products to ensure they don't bend or crack during offloading.
Arrival Notification: Our driver will typically give you a call 30–60 minutes before arrival so you aren't waiting in all day.
Because Wall panels & Flooring are bulky & heavy items, please keep the following in mind:
Kerbside Delivery: Our service is a ground-floor, kerbside delivery. Drivers are not insured to carry items into your home, up stairs, or through narrow hallways.
Recipient Presence: A person over the age of 18 must be present to inspect the goods and sign for the delivery.
Vehicle Access: Please ensure that a large delivery van can safely park near your property. If you have significant access restrictions (very narrow lanes or height-restricted gates), please let us know at the time of order.
While our dedicated fleet significantly reduces the chance of issues, it is essential to check your panels upon arrival.
Immediate Inspection: Please check the panels for any visible damage before signing the delivery note.
Reporting: In the unlikely event of damage, please inform the driver and contact our support team at info@wallpanel.co.uk within 48 hours. We will arrange for a priority replacement on our next available van route.
We take every precaution to ensure your wall panels arrive in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of bulky building materials, it is essential that the following protocol is followed to qualify for a free replacement or refund:
Inspection on Arrival: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery. If the packaging or product shows visible signs of damage, please note this clearly on the driver’s delivery note before they leave.
The 48-Hour Window: Any damages, defects, or shortages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Documentation: To process a claim, you must provide:
Your order number.
High-quality photos showing the damaged product.
Photos of the external packaging as it arrived.
Installation Deemed Acceptance: Please do not install or cut any panels that you believe to be damaged or defective. Once a panel has been installed, it is deemed "accepted" by the customer, and we cannot offer a replacement or refund for damage reported after installation.
Late Claims: Claims made outside of the 48-hour window may be rejected, as we are unable to verify if the damage occurred during transit or while stored on-site.
